FUN FACTS: What is salmon trout? – some call it Fjord Trout, others steelhead trout or even rainbow trout. Salmon trout belongs to trout species with salmon-like appearance and/or migratory habits. In Norway, they sometimes refer to it as Fjord trout or sea trout (in the UK). Salmon trout has bright, red flesh, but is less oily than salmon. With it’s mild fish flavor and rich texture, this fish variety is perfect for baking, grilling or cooking on the stove top.

- Fresh dill, minced – for best taste always use fresh herbs, or high quality dried herbs
