T-bone pork steak in the oven

Delicious oven baked t bone pork steak with cherry tomato sauce. This is a recipe for quick and easy dinner that even the kids may like. I know mine do whenever I cook with cherry tomato sauce – red or yellow. The beauty of it is that cherry tomato sauce has much milder, even sweet taste that goes pretty well with all kinds of meats. If in need of quick dinners, definitely check out my chicken tights recipe with yellow tomato sauce.
