Delicious Mediterranean-style ‘marry me’ chicken pasta recipe with yellow corn chicken, dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and fresh garlic. Covered in a creamy sauce, this easy tagliatelle (or fettucine) pasta recipe is vegetarian, kid-friendly.

Today we are making an easy pasta recipe, inspired by the somewhat famous recipe for Marry Me Chicken. I decided to make an Italian-style version for this pasta dish that is easy, delicious and quick to make. If you are a fan of pasta check out my super easy recipe for Cellentani pasta with ground turkey and tomato sauce or this quick Leftover chicken tagliatelle (20 minutes). Ingredients & Substitutions
- Pasta – tagliatelle or fettuccine flat pasta is best in my view (egg noodles work too)
- Dried tomatoes – roasted, sun dried or whatever variety you like best
- Cooking cream – whipped cream or sour cream are best substitutes
- Chicken breast – or shredded chicken, leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken works here.
- Butter
- Parmesan cheese – freshly grated tastes best
- Onions and garlic
- Spices: oregano, basil, thyme, salt, white pepper
