Instant pot Bone broth (slow cooked)

Nutritious Bone broth (beef or chicken bones) in Instant pot, slow cooked. The perfect recipe for homemade bone broth, prepared slowly in IP’s slow cooker.

Slow Cooked Beef Bone broth in instant pot recipe

If you are not using your Instant pot as slow cooker (when you have the option) you are totally missing out. The slow cooker program is ideal for making bone broth, hand- free. Before, I used to plan my time to be home for 48 hours to make the contact check up if the broth is just about to boil – constantly switching between low and extra low on the stove top. Now, I sleep care free (well, almost).

BENEFITS: We all know the benefits of cooking bone broth slowly on low-almost-boiling temperature, rather than pressure cooking or high temperature cooking. The combination between marrow-filled bones and vegetables give the broth it’s unique health benefits. Many friends who consume bone broth regularly swear by it – as it boosts collagen, supports stronger immune system and digestive health.

  6. Bay leaves
