Notes

YOGURT: You can use store bought/homemade Yogurt that is strained – either use plain Labneh, Skyr yogurt or strained thick Greek Yogurt. Skyr Yogurt is perfect for this recipe as it’s naturally thick and creamy.
FETA CHEESE: Traditionally, white Bulgarian cheese is used for this recipe, however Bulgarian cheese is pretty much the same as Feta Cheese (depending on manufacturer taste may slightly differ though). When made with cow’s milk, Bulgarian white cheese has much milder taste, that is perfect for cooking.
PEPPERS: Traditionally, recipe is prepared with roasted red bell peppers, however any type of roasted peppers will do.
MEAL-PREP: If you wish to prep this dip in advance, roast peppers 1st. Do not peel or clean them, but rather place in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Clean right before serving the dip to preserve their best flavor and freshness.
